We are currently seeking a Zone Coordinator with experience in managing Sales Promoters to train, develop, support, and motivate the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed established goals.
Support in interviews and recruitment processes.
Plan, direct, and supervise the team’s daily activities.
Analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization strategies.
Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare reports.
Train and develop the team in sales techniques and product knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience managing teams, preferably in the Sales Promoters sector.
Weekend availability.
High proficiency in English.

Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
